If you are sending a package to our hotel, please include 1. Your reservation number and 2. The registered guest's name in Roman letters. We kindly ask that you do not send packages too early to our hotel. If the name is unclear and we cannot confirm it, we will return the package.

Regarding luggage storage, it is generally allowed on the day of check-in and check-out. In special circumstances (such as large amounts), we will assess on-site. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to inquiries regarding luggage storage.
